A classic - Beef Stroganoff - made with beef, fluffy rice and vegetables including mushrooms and onions, saturated in a traditional sauce of yoghurt, paprika, lemon juice, parsley, salt and black pepper. Mid-way on any adventure, you'll want comfort food to provide sustained energy and motivation to reach the summit or next campsite. Highly recommended for Antarctica, the Skeleton Coast of Namibia or the Yorkshire Dales. Just add hot water and let sit for five minutes. Life could not get better. Ingredients: Long Grain Rice (31.5%), Yoghurt (Milk), Single Cream (Milk), Rapeseed Oil, Diced Onion, Sliced Mushroom, Diced Beef (7%), Stroganoff Paste (4.6%) (Onion Puree, Paprika, Water, Lemon Juice (Sulphites), Sugar, Parsley, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Lemon Zest, Tarragon), Cornflour, Salt, Parsley, Pepper.
