We want you to be happy with your C-Monsta purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if there is any issue with your order, please contact the Mountain Warehouse Customer Care team, who will do their best to put it right.

  • Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt

  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

  • For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team - Photos of damaged or defective items may be requested so we can assess the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Return method

  • Contact the Mountain Warehouse Customer Care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue (and photos if relevant).

  • If a return shipment is required, pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Enclose a note inside the parcel with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We can only issue a refund once we can match your return to your order.

  • We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been completed.
