The Power Bags weight inside, can be moved during training, which forces adjustment in body posture and thereby forces the body to use more muscles. They allow you to train a much larger group of muscles than if you were constantly making the same movements. They are made from PVC/Polyester, which allows them to be comfortable and smooth. Available in a range of sizes : 5kg, 10kg & 15kg
