The Arena Training Kickboard is an ideal flotation aid for untrained swimmers, as well as a valuable tool for strength and technique training for more experienced swimmers. It helps improve body stability and strengthens the legs, while also being effective for exercises focused on refining the leg kick technique. By isolating the legs, the kickboard provides a great lowerbody workout, allowing the arms to be comfortably supported and the upper body to remain still for full concentration on leg training. The grip holes offer different hand positions, enabling various workout variations. Product dimensions: 46 x 30 x 5 cm. Weight: 290 g.
