The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
Returns are free
All returns will be tested/checked, and refund will only be provided once all checks are completed.

To return your order, please contact us through the customer service section through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care and we will provide a return label.
Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form.
Bring your item to any Drop off point as detailed on your return note, local DPD Drop Point and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
