UK RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

  • A £2 charge will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the prepaid returns label

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Items sold by Lazy Jacks through Mountain Warehouse cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
