E28R V2.0 provides high level performance and versatile features at a great price point in the Fenix torch range. Return method:

  • To return your order, create your freepost return label at - www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/6820

  • You will need to enter your 9-digit order number followed by ‘RTN into the portal for it to accept your return. IE ‘M12345678RTN’

  • Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, and make sure the battery isolator is in place to prevent torch activation in transit.

  • Bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
