Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in original unused condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed to be faulty
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as b7active cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless faulty
Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, normal wear and tear, snagging, Velcro contact, sports equipment, or tumble drying are not considered faulty and may not qualify for a refund or exchange
