Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless faulty
Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, normal wear and tear, snagging, Velcro contact, sports equipment, or tumble drying are not considered faulty and may not qualify for a refund or exchange

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care team and we will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Due to the delicate and technical nature of our materials, our warranty only covers genuine manufacturing faults and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Examples of damage not covered include, but are not limited to: - Snagging, pulling, or tearing caused by sports equipment, Velcro, jewellery, rough surfaces, or similar contact - Damage caused during training, gym use, or sporting activities - Shrinkage or fabric distortion caused by tumble drying or high heat washing - Colour fading or deterioration caused by incorrect washing methods To help maintain the quality and lifespan of your garments, we recommend: - Washing on a delicate/cold cycle - Washing with similar light colours - Avoiding contact with Velcro and abrasive surfaces - Hanging garments to dry - Do not tumble dry Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may void any claim relating to the garment.
