If you have ordered an incorrect size we will exchange for the correct size if informed within 14 business days and the boots are returned in the condition they were received.
This excludes all 'made to measure' boots which customers must take responsibility for their own sizing information.
You may return unworn or faulty goods within 60 days of receipt of your order. If worn, items must be cleaned before returning - unclean items will not be accepted. All returned goods must be returned with a proof of purchase, i.e. A copy of your delivery note showing date and price.

All Brogini Brands Limited products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
We also offer a 3-Year Waterproof Guarantee on selected products. This is indicated on the product description or the item tag and gives you a three-year peace of mind on waterproofing.
All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
