Any items received at our fulfilment centre for a returns/exchanges/refunds will be inspected before processing the refund/exchange. If the items are missing tags, missing original packaging and have been worn or washed, the item may not be eligible for a refund or a restocking fee of £10 may be applied and deducted from the refund total.

If a buckle breaks on one of your dungarees, just get in touch with our support team, and we'll send you a free replacement.
