From a handful of electric bikes bought in China in 2005 E-Bikes Direct has grown into the biggest online retailer in the market, providing a wider selection of electric bikes than any other competitor. We strive to supply bikes for all, regardless of rider size & ability, purpose, & of course, budget. We operate a small team of 15 staff from several warehouse sites in Bodiam, East Sussex.

Please note that items sold by e-Bikes Direct cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
WARRANTY DETAILS
All Electric Bikes come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. All non-electric bikes come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Smaller non-bulky items do vary but as a standard you can expect 12 months warranty providing the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website upon their return to us.
