To return your order, please contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care, who will reach out to us for a free return label.
Once the return label has been provided, pack the items securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form if supplied.
Take the parcel to the drop-off point shown on the return label and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd offers a 60-day replacement warranty for items received damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing defect, subject to inspection.
All FDX Sports products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
We also offer a 3-Year Waterproof Guarantee on selected products. This is indicated on the product description or the item tag and gives you a three-year peace of mind on waterproofing.
All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.
