Items may be returned within 60 days of receipt, subject to the Mountain Warehouse marketplace returns process.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, socks may only be returned if unworn and in their original packaging, except where faulty.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in accordance with the customer's statutory rights.
Refunds are processed through the original order/payment route once the return has been received and accepted.
HALT Equestrian items purchased through the Mountain Warehouse marketplace cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
For general returns, you do not need to contact Customer Care first.

HALT Equestrian products are designed and supplied for their intended equestrian and leisure use. If an item develops a manufacturing fault, customers should contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. Faults will be reviewed, and an appropriate remedy offered in accordance with the customer's statutory rights. This does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, failure to follow care instructions, or reasonable wear and tear.
