UK Deliveries

• FREE UK Express Delivery within 2-3 working days on orders over £85

• £3.95 UK Express Delivery within 2-3 working days on orders under £85

• £3.95 UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders under £85

• £5.95 UK Next Day Delivery - order before 6pm

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

UK Return & Refund Policy

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt

• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

• Return label costs are deducted from your refund (£3.95)

Return method:

• To return your order, using the HYSTRIDE order number on the invoice you received in the package create your return label at https://apps.returnx.io/returns/60c852

• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form

• Bring your item to any drop off point as detailed on your return note, e.g. Evri, Collect+, Post office etc] and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

• Please note that items sold by Hystride cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

Terms & Conditions:

Hystride's products come with a 12-month guarantee.

This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.

All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care.

We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
