WARRANTY DETAILS
Eastern Bikes
Eastern Bikes warrants to the original purchaser of an Eastern Bikes bike from an authorized dealer that the bike’s parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated below. The Limited Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from an authorized dealer as set forth below. Eastern Bikes will not warranty products that have been previously replaced under warranty. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchase of a qualifying product, and excludes any products that have been previously covered or replaced by Eastern Bikes. This Limited Warranty is subject to the exclusions described below.
THE LENGTH OF THE WARRANTY
For the following bike parts, the Limited Warranty lasts for as long as the original purchaser owns the bike: Eastern Bike frames, Slayer and Hawkeye forks, Tranny and Wonder Years bars. For all other bike parts, the Limited Warranty lasts for one year after the date the original purchaser purchases the bike from the authorized dealer. **International warranty periods vary, please contact the distributor for details**
WHAT THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
• Defects in materials or workmanship caused by misuse, abuse or neglect. Such actions void the Limited Warranty, so you should avoid these actions.
• Defects in materials or workmanship caused by modification, accident, material removal, theft, improper assembly or fit, normal wear and tear, or caused during transportation.
• Defects in materials or workmanship caused by failure to maintain or service the bike properly or by a failure to follow all instructions and warnings in the Owner’s Manual. Please consult your Owner’s Manual for maintenance and safety information.
• Paint or other normal “wear and tear” items such as seats, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads and chains.
• Bends in tubing except for on an Ultralight fork or bar.
• Any labour charges associated with the Limited Warranty or cost of shipping the part to us.
• Any bike, part or product that is not sold by an authorized dealer. For example, a bike, part, or product that is sold by an outlet or through an online auction site.
7iDP
7iDP (7 Protection) warrants all original 7iDP products for a period of one year to be free of any defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not extend to any damage experienced through crashing, misuse, abuse, negligence, poor fit, modification or alteration or if used other than in the manner intended.
7iDP makes no other expressed or implied warranties or guarantees.
7iDP shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you believe your 7iDP product has a potential warranty problem: 1. Cease using the product.
2. Return to 7iDP with a full description of the warranty issue, a description of any incident that resulted in the warranty claim and a copy of your proof of purchase.
3. Items deemed to be covered by the above warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size/style and value at our discretion. Goods which we do not consider warranty will be shipped back to you.
Lifetime Crash Replacement
ALL 7iDP products are backed up with our Crash Replacement Policy. This entitles you to a 50% discount* on helmets, protection and gloves if damaged in a crash, for the LIFETIME of the product.
We are all riders too so understand the need to have confidence in your kit which gives the freedom to push limits and progress. Riding sometimes gets wild and crashes happen and when safety equipment is compromised, it’s essential you replace it. For example, Never continue to ride in a damaged helmet, your head is worth more than that! This applies to pads and gloves too. To support 7iDP riders and get you back on the saddle, we offer 50% discount* on a new 7iDP replacement.

Royal Racing
Royal Racing warrants all original products for a period of one year to be free of any defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not extend to any damage experienced through crashing, misuse, abuse, negligence, poor fit, modification or alteration or if used other than in the manner intended.
Royal Racing makes no other expressed or implied warranties or guarantees.
Royal Racing shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you believe your Royal Racing product has a potential warranty problem:
1. Cease using the product.
2. Return to Royal Racing with a full description of the warranty issue, a description of any incident that resulted in the warranty claim and a copy of your proof of purchase.
3. Items deemed to be covered by the above warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size/style and value at our discretion. Goods which we do not consider warranty will be shipped back to you.
Tag Metals
TAG Metals warrant all original TAG Metals products for a period of one year to be free of any defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not extend to any damage experienced through crashing, misuse, abuse, negligence, poor fit, modification or alteration or if used other than in the manner intended.
TAG Metals make no other expressed or implied warranties or guarantees.
TAG Metals shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you believe your TAG Metals product has a potential warranty problem: 1. Cease using the product.
2. Return to TAG Metals with a full description of the warranty issue, a description of any incident that resulted in the warranty claim and a copy of your proof of purchase.
3. Items deemed to be covered by the above warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size/style and value at our discretion. Goods which we do not consider warranty will be shipped back to you.
