Orders are sent via Parcelforce
Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
Returns are free
Bikes must be unused and unridden, and returned in their original box with all parts supplied
To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided by Shyre Bikes
Pack the bike securely in its original box and attach the label
Parcelforce will collect the boxed bike from your address
If your bike has been built and can no longer be boxed, we can arrange collection of the built bike for an additional charge – please contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care to arrange this
Please retain proof of collection until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

All Shyre Bikes frames and forks come with a lifetime warranty. If a frame or fork fails, we will replace the whole bike, not just the part. Frame and fork cover lasts for the life of the bike and transfers to later owners.
All other components, including wheels, drivetrain, brakes, saddle, seatpost and handlebars, are covered for two years from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover parts that wear with use, such as tyres, brake pads, grips, cables and chains, or damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or lack of routine maintenance.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
