UK Deliveries

• FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders over £5

• FREE UK Express Delivery within 2-3 working days on orders over £25 - order before 3pm

• £5 UK Express Delivery on orders under £25 - order before 3pm

• £10 UK Next Day Delivery - order before 3pm

• Orders are sent via UPS or Royal Mail

UK Return & Return Policy

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt

• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

• Returns are free

• Do not return opened or leaking tubes of glue.

Return method:

• To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided

• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form

• You can download the returns form here

• Bring your item to any Post office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

• To find your local drop off point visit Post Office.com

• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

• Please note that items sold by Stormsure Ltd. cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

All Stormsure products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear and incorrect usage or storage. In the unlikely event of a finding a fault with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We will review the fault with you and offer either a full refund or replacement of any faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
