• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

• To return your order, create your freepost return label at https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/5589

• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging - please re-use our packaging where possible.

• Use the space at the bottom of the returns form to write a note with as much detail as you can to help us process your return and include this in your parcel. Please make sure your note includes your order number and any other information you think is pertinent.

• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

• Please note that items sold by Sundried cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
