FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on all orders.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, and by DPD or DHL in exceptional circumstances
Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
For faulty items a refund will be offered within a 90 day period from purchase on the production of evidence showing the fault.
The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
Customers will need to pay for the Postage on all return orders (in full or part)
Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method – i.e. onto the same debit/credit card used.
To return your order use a carrier of your choice, e.g Royal Mail, Evri, Collect+ etc
Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the Returns section of the Delivery Note completed
Take your item to a Drop off point associated with the carrier you have selected. e.g. Evri, Collect+, Post office etc and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
Please note that items sold by Super Bobble Ltd cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

All SUPER BOBBLE LTD’s products come with a 90 day guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
