Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

This guarantee applies when the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or normal wear and tear. In the unlikely event that a fault develops with an item purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please get in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We will review the fault and offer a replacement or a full refund for any faulty item purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
