Competition must be entered in each entrant’s own name using an Instagram account registered in their own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.
Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the United Kingdom.
Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid Instagram account to enter. No postal or email entries will be accepted.
Entry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.
The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families.
The competition is not open to employees or contractors of HF Holidays or their immediate families.

THE WINNER

A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date.
The Prize Winner will be notified initially via “direct message” on Instagram and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.
If Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

THE PRIZE

There will be one prize winner. This prize includes £1,000 worth of product and product is subject to availability. The winner must claim their directly through Mountain Warehouse’s social team, where product will be ordered on behalf of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

OTHER

By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize.
Winners details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize only.

1. The prize is for one 3‑ or 4‑night full-board guided walking holiday for two adults, sharing a classic double or twin room at any UK HF Country House, to be taken between 20 March and 18 December 2026, subject to availability and seasonal opening times. Guided walking holidays operate on selected dates – please see hfholidays.co.uk for details.
2. Family option:
   If the winner has children aged 11 years or under, they may choose instead to take the prize as a UK Family Walking Holiday, receiving two free child places (subject to availability). Children aged 12–17 years may attend for a supplement of £79 per child for a 3‑night break or £99 per child for a 4‑night break. Accommodation will be in a classic family room (double or twin with additional beds as required). Room upgrades are available for a supplement. 3. The prize winner is responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the chosen country house.
4. The competition closes at 11.59pm on 13 April 2026. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on 14 April 2026. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of being notified via email, the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
5. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
6. Employees of HF Holidays, Mountain Warehouse, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are excluded.
7. Entry is via the promotional post on social media. Internet access and a valid social media account are required.
