Gap 360 x Mountain Warehouse Competition Terms & Conditions:

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prize as per Gap 360 Ltd’s Terms and Conditions:

The Prize is offered courtesy of Gap 360 Ltd, registered office at 30 City Road, London, EC1Y 2AB (company no. 7624349) on behalf of the Promoter, Mountain Warehouse Ltd.

The Prize must be redeemed for a trip start date between 1 June 2024 and 30 November 2025.

The winner should email the Gap 360 Marketing Department at win[@]gap360.com to confirm their Prize within 7 days of being notified they are the winner. If the winner does not secure their trip within this timeframe Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the Prize.

The winner will be required to sign an acceptance agreement provided by Gap 360 Ltd before confirming their trip start date.

No cash alternative to the Prizes will be offered. The Prize is not transferable.

The Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or lesser value without giving notice.

Blackout dates apply for redeeming the Prize, such as over the Christmas period. Gap 360 Ltd can provide a list of available dates to the winner upon request.

The return economy flight for the winner from London, UK to San Jose, Costa Rica will be on the airline and route of Gap 360 Ltd’s sole discretion and will be provided by Gap 360 Ltd’s flight partner, Flights 360. Whilst the winner can request a certain airline, route, seat, and other options, ultimately the flight ticket provided is at Gap 360 Ltd’s sole discretion. Any upgrade fees or additional charges (for example, baggage or date changes) will be at the winner’s cost. Transport to a London airport is not included. A transfer to and from the airport in San Jose, Costa Rica is not included.

Travel insurance, airport transfers, visas (including transit visas) spending money, optional activities, and other ancillary products are not included in the Prize. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage in place for the trip.

Extra nights, transfers, upgrades, food or activities not included in the trip itinerary will be at the winner’s own expense.

The winner must obtain the necessary visas and vaccinations to participate in the trip at their own expense.

Any costs incurred associated with the trip outside of the inclusions of the tour provided by Gap 360 will be at the winner’s own expense.

Successful applicants must be aged between 18-39 at the time of travel.

The winner must be eligible to enter the destination and obtain any necessary visas If the winner does not meet these requirements they will forfeit the Prize.

Any Covid-19 entry restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to Covid-19 testing, quarantine, PCR testing, and vaccinations will be entirely the responsibility of the winner to adhere to.

If the winner is not able to meet these entry requirements they will forfeit their Prize. It is the winners responsibility to adhere to any in-country restrictions regarding Covid-19.

If any portion of the Prize is cancelled due to in-country Covid-19 restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Gap 360 Ltd’s control, no alternative Prize shall be offered.

If the winner cannot travel on the selected dates or to the destination, they will forfeit their Prize.

Employees of Gap 360 Ltd, their family members and anyone else connected with the competition’s set-up, supply or management shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

Gap 360 Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition, Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, Prize trip or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Outside of these Prize terms and conditions, Gap 360 Ltd’s standard booking terms and conditions apply.

Gap 360 Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prize as per Mountain Warehouse Terms and Conditions:

ENTRY

• Entry is made by tagging a friend who deserves the trip and why they deserve it on our Instagram competition post (posted on 14/03/24) No purchase is necessary.
• To enter the competition, entrants must be following @mountainwarehouse & @gap360official on Instagram.
• Entries are open between posted on 14/03/24 and close at midnight on 18/04/24.
• Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s own name using an Instagram account registered in their own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.
• Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

ELIGIBILITY

• Entrants must be aged 18 to 39 and residents of the United Kingdom.
• Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid Instagram account to enter. No postal or email entries will be accepted.
• Entry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.
• The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families.

 

THE WINNER

• A winner will be selected from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date.
• The Prize Winner will be notified initially via “direct message” on Instagram and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.
• If Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

THE PRIZE

• There will be one prize winner who will win the ultimate 14-day adventure trip to Costa Rica, £1000 worth of Mountain Warehouse gear and £500 spending money, provided on a travel money card
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

OTHER

• By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize.
• Winner’s details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize only.
• The Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this prize draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
• Entry to the prize draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
