Men’s 4 pack longer boxer trunks made from a soft bamboo, long-staple cotton and elastane jersey blend, designed for breathable everyday comfort with added leg coverage. The smooth bamboo-rich fabric offers moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating comfort, while the longer trunk cut sits neatly under trousers, jeans and lounge bottoms. UK RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Orders may be returned within 60 days of receipt, subject to the conditions set out below.

For returns made under our 60-day change-of-mind return policy:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition

• All original labels and tags must remain attached • Hygiene seals and protective packaging must remain intact where applicable

• Products must be free from marks, damage, odours, cosmetics, deodorant, pet hair or other signs of wear or use

• Items should be returned in their original product packaging where reasonably possible

• Multipack products must be returned as a complete pack unless an individual item is faulty and an alternative arrangement has been agreed

• Eligible UK returns are free

• Returns must be arranged through the approved Royal Mail returns portal using the prepaid returns service

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

UNDERWEAR AND HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

For health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear and other hygiene-sensitive products may only be returned for a change-of-mind refund where the hygiene seal, protective strip or sealed product packaging remains unopened, unbroken and fully intact.

Underwear cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return where it has been:

• Worn

• Washed

• Tried on against bare skin

• Removed from sealed hygiene packaging

• Returned with the hygiene seal or protective strip opened, removed or damaged

This restriction does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

To return an eligible item:

  • Visit the approved Royal Mail returns portal: www.bit.ly/wysterialane-return

  • Enter the required order details and create your free prepaid Royal Mail return label or QR code.

  • Pack the items securely in suitable protective packaging.

  • Include the completed returns form or relevant order documentation where requested.

  • Attach the Royal Mail return label securely to the outside of the parcel, or follow the QR-code instructions provided by Royal Mail.

  • Take the parcel to a Post Office or another approved Royal Mail drop-off location.

  • Obtain and retain your proof of postage and tracking receipt until your return and refund have been confirmed.

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been received at our return address.

Customers should therefore use the approved tracked return service and retain proof of postage.

Products sold by WLH London Limited cannot be returned or exchanged at Mountain Warehouse stores.
