The Brunner Albatros is a proper freestanding drive-away awning that gives you genuine extra living space without tying your campervan to the pitch. You can attach it using the sewn-in awning piping to your vehicle's rail, or connect via a channel pole, roof rail straps, or an optional keder adapter if your van's fitted with a C-rail system. Once it's pitched, you can simply disconnect and drive off for the day, leaving the awning standing ready for when you get back. The whole thing weighs about 15.1 kg and packs down to roughly 73 x 30 x 30 cm, so it won't eat up your storage space.
