UK Return & Refund Policy

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in original unused condition

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed to be faulty

• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as b7active cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless faulty

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, normal wear and tear, snagging, Velcro contact, sports equipment, or tumble drying are not considered faulty and may not qualify for a refund or exchange
