• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt

• The products must be unused in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

• The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt

• To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided

• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form

• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
