As our coats grew in popularity with equestrians, an unexpected trend emerged - a growing number of dog walkers began adopting EQUIDRY as their outerwear of choice. Our coats have very quickly gained a reputation for their ability to keep Dog walkers warm and dry in all weather conditions. Faced with numerous requests from this newfound audience, the team at EQUIDRY recognised the need to create a specialised brand catering to the unique needs of dog walkers.

UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
- Your item must be unworn, unmarked, unwashed and in its storage bag with its labelling intact.
- All items are inspected before a refund or exchange is processed and items deemed to be in anything other than brand new condition will be returned to you at your cost or you will be charged a restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery

Return method:
- Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging
- Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.
- You can download the return slip here.
- Post your item to the address below and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return. For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal/Parcel2Go to arrange return postage for your items. These are not Mountain Warehouse operated services.
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
- Please note that items sold by Drywalks cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

Drywalks products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, to protect you in some of the most extreme weather conditions, and we stand behind each one.
Drywalks products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If in the first six months of ownership a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. We prefer to repair our products rather than replace due to the impact waste textiles have on our planet.
This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, prolonged use or wear and tear. This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed. For any damage not covered under the warranty, Drywalks may in some instances be able to offer to repair the damage for a reasonable charge. If such an offer is made, we will discuss this with the customer before any repairs are made.
We cannot accept any returns unless they are clean and dry due to the 1972 Health & Safety at Work Act. Please see our coat care guide for information on how to clean your Drywalks product. If your product has not been cleaned before arriving to the facility, it will be subject to cleaning and fees added to your account.
