- Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging - please re-use our packaging where possible.
- Use the space at the bottom of the returns form to write a note with as much detail as you can to help us process your return and include this in your parcel. Please make sure your note includes your order number and any other information you think is pertinent.
