UK Deliveries
- FREE UK Mainland Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days
- No delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly

UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team
Return method:
- Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form
- Print and fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.
- You can download the return slip here.
- Post your item to the address on the bottom of the returns form and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
- Please notes that items sold by The Golden Concept cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse Stores.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website. Faults must be reported within 60 days of delivery.
